Yes it will be safe amp load for the batteries you're using... assuming they are authentic. Will it produce a vape that's too hot for you? That really depends on what you consider to be hot, but at nearly 9 volts I'd venture on saying yes. I'm assuming you're asking this because that's the highest limit the device will allow you to fire at. My advice is to understand the values in Ohm's Law and develop a preference for each, particularly in the voltage section. More power doesn't always correlate with a better vape experience.

Thanks. I used the calculator after I built it but wanted to ask you vets just in case. At 80 watts the vapor output was huge and heat wasn't too bad. I'll probably be Vaping this build at 40 watts. But it was good to know that I can turn it up to 80 for clouds
