Questions re Torpedo Batt

Just received my torpedo kit today and I am really excited to get back into vaping with this mod after a year hiatus. Because this is my first mod though, I do have a couple of quick questions about the 18650 batteries. Do they come precharged or do they requiring a preliminary charging? And, how will I know when the batteries are fully charged? Finally, are there any precautions I should take when handling these? Like, is it acceptable to leave them on the charger overnight?

with all lithium batteries dont leave them on the charger unattended.
the led on the charger will turn from red to green when the batteries are charged,, they do not come precharged so you will need to give them a charge first.
