Hi

A year or so ago I had a cheap, generic 510 e-cig which did the job for a while, but began to leak and taste foul among other things. I threw it away and managed to go completely smoke-free for 9 months before sparking up a proper cigarette again a month ago. I'm now back on 20 a day and am tired of the smell and ash.

I want to get another e-cig but am so confused about which to get and don't trust the myriad of websites out there. I like the shape and size of the 510s but really want a tank system, which I understand you can now have with a 510. Does anybody have any recommendations for a reputable, reliable 510 tank e-cig?

I want something that doesn't leak, is a reputable brand and won't break in first few months. And UK based, under £50.

Also, where is best to get e-liquid? I'm not bothered about any fancy flavours, just want something that is, again, reputable.

Thanks in advance.

An eGo T with a c4 clearomiser does it for me, started with a cartomiser but it didn't quite hit the spot, total e liquid are pretty good reasonable prices and impartial, advice

I've been considering an eGo C from evape.couk but a) they're a bit large and clunky and b) aren't they just a Joyetech knock off?
As far as I know eGos are made by joyetech, and chunky they are but they work for me, at the minute anyway, if you want something more tab sized then jaqvapour does a nice line in cartomisers

Hi and welcome to ECF.
I use House of Liquid UK, have used them several times and their juice is really good el Toro tastes the most like a cig style I ever found. Theres some reviews on youtube if you want to check them out. Free delivery over a certain amount which I cant remember now but Ive def been impressed by them and they only take 7 or 8 days to deliver to NZ which is real quick.
Good luck :)

If you like the cig-alike form factor you might want to consider the Joye eRoll. It has replaced my 808 cig-alikes for out and about. The vape quality is excellent and the eRoll requires a minimum of fuss. You simply vape for awhile and plop the fully assembled battery back in the small, stylish, 1,000 mAh PCC case. That means that all you need is the eRoll and a bottle of juice and you're good to go for the day. The PCC will charge the eRoll cig-alike battery while it is being charged itself. The UK Joyetech site has a site-wide sale with 20% off.

These YouTube reviews will give you an idea of how the eRoll works:

I'd be happy to go for an ego-C but the one I was looking at is branded Evapes for some reason. I want to avoid buying a cheap knock off, if that's the case.
It's confusing when I started I thought there were zillions of different types of e cigs and systems but it all seems to boil down tho three main systems and a million minor variants ;) ask around this is a very helpful forum and most will be happy to help

I use 510 batteries (the slim, penstyle ones) with cartomisers but you can use them with atomisers and tanks- originally that's the system I used them on. I originally bought mine from Electronic Cigarette Kits and Accessories - Electronic Cigarettes for YOU and they were very helpful and lovely. You can also buy PCCs from Liberty Flights for a stupidly low cost of around £5.

I know a lot of people prefer the higher spec models but this works for me (except for the cart/tank thing!) :) x
