Ive been think about getting a Hana mods dna 30, but i want to know a little more about how they work. How does a 1.2 ohm coil pull 30 watts with a 4.2 volt battery charge? wouldnt it need 6 volts? i know these things are safe and all so they wont blow up or anything as long as i have the right battery in there. Thats been my main thoughts about these sort of devices any help is awesome!

There is a circuit that provides the power in pulses. The better the device, the faster the pulses.

DNA 30 is a nice device. If you get a clone, make sure to never put the battery in upside down. (easier done than you think - good batteries are flattops)

VW devices can increase the voltage output higher than what the battery can provide by acting as a transformer ( PWM boost)....
