DSE801 is a battery type. It looks like the link you have there is pointing to a tank cartridge - meaning you need a special atomizer to work with it, and appropriate for the 801 battery. They have those on the same site: DSE801T Tank System Atomzer | 801-T Atomizer | Tank System DSE801 T Tank cartridges have no filler, you just plop liquid in them.
