I've been using an 808 with caromizers and am ready to try the 510. since I mainly use a passthrough is the des510 the best atomizer for this? How long does the atomizer usually last with a passthrough?

I read 510s need about 10 minutes "maintenance" a day but what maintenance do you do?

Has anyone changed from carts to a 510? Is there a difference in vapor and throat hit?

Thanks for any info.

any 510 atty will work fine with your setup as long as you have the adapter to go from 808>510.

th and vapor will be more with a 510.

I do no maintenance on mine except blow out occassionally if flooded.

There should be no issues using it with a pt.

the draw is tighter on the 510 and you will most likely like that. not so much air.

cignot.com rockymountainvapor.com madvapes.com all have 510s.

enjoy.

I agree with all Doot's points. The 510 is great. Its also a bit easier to fill carts than a cartomizer, and you can mod the carts easily to make them better. Also easier to try DIY flavor tests with a 510, since if you don't like it, just wash the cart of and try again, rather than tossing a good carto. The 510 PT is a must have for any 510 user IMHO. It vapes off the battery, not the USB, which just recharges the battery. And unplugged it should vape for hours, since it is a higher capacity batt than a regular 510 batt...although it might not be as long as the 808 batt.

Good luck!
