Queston on charging and PCC

Do the batteries on eather the wall charger or the PPC discharge the batter if left on for too long? I remember seeing info on this somewhere.

Should I take the battery out of the wall charger or PCC when its done?

Oh, and will the battery charge while the PCC is charging?

No, the battery is just held at the fully charged voltage. It does not lose charge in the charger. However, there has been some talk here that Li batts being held at their max charge will shorten their lifetime and abilities to charge, so it is best to remove them from the charger when the light goes green. And I think the PCC will charge while it is charging itself. This was stated on a PCC review vid, but that situation hasn't come up for me personally.
