Quick mixing question

Can someone tell me if my logic makes sense:

13ml PG 36MG
7ml VG 36MG
5ml VG
0.5ml Distilled water
4.5ml Flavor
= 30ML of 24MG 50PG/50VG e-juice right?

I'm used to mixing everything in half but now I ran out of no-nic PG so I'm trying to work this out.

Almost...

You do have 30 ml of 24 mg/ml, but the PG/VG ratio isn't quite right (if I did the math correctly).

You have 13 ml PG/nic and 4.5 ml flavor which gives you 17.5 ml of PG (17/30*100 = 58.3% PG).

Then you have 7 ml of VG/nic and 5 ml of straight VG, which gives you 12 ml of VG in the mix (12/30*100 = 40% VG)

Then you have 0.5 ml of water (0.5/30*100 = 1.67% water).

Of course, I neglected the PG of the flavoring!
