Hi guys, I normally fill my tank with juice when the juice inside it reaches the holes where the coil absorbs the e-liquid; now, when you guys fill your e-liquid like this, do you keep the old juice from before inside, or do you throw it and then refill?
That's certainly going to be a preference thing. If you're putting the same juice in you'd really be wasting your time and juice dumping it. But on the other hand there are many juices who's flavor profiles don't blend well. All depends on you and what you like mixed.

like stated above, if it is the same or similar, then it shouldn't be a problem. But I wouldn't recommend filling with sour candy while the previous tank was a caramel donut or something like that.

It will all boil down to what you want to do. I run with multiple tanks and I generally stick to similar flavor profiles with each one (until I clean and rewick or recoil). Right now I am using the Wotofo Serpent SMM and i have Naked Hawaiian POG in there. Yesterday it was Lava Flow. Tomorrow it may be Reds Apple. Then I also carry around a Big Baby Beast that has Naked Go Nanas in there right now. When that runs low, I may put in something Caramelly. That is how I vape and it may or may not be your style. =)

I try to vape it as dry as I can . .with swirling, etc . .and then I put the new flavor in. If it's going to be a bad mix, I'll put just a bit of something neutral and vape that through . .unflavored would be good if I had any.

Like - yesterday I had a tank of mentho/melon candy juice that I thought was awful. I wanted to switch to Halo Tribeca which would be a really bad blend . .so I vaped some vanilla custard through it first. The vanilla custard went OK with the candy melon and blends fine with Tribeca.

That ALMOST worked . .except that nasty menthol/candy melon just won't let go. I'm almost done with the tank of Tribeca and I can STILL taste it a little. For less nasty juices, though, this method works pretty well.

I usually don't dump out juice but I do have mixes that work well together. If I'm going for a totally different flavor, like sour from sweet, then no, I don't keep the remaining juice. Depending on how pungent the flavor is, I might wait to change juice profiles until the coil dies. I keep a secondary device running for if I need a change of pace. Most of the time, I can switch it up a bit but not dump out All the Juice, though I certainly COULD.

I let my juice wastage occur when I am running my RTA, and encounter leakage. :)

For tanks with drop-in coils I've sometimes removed a good coil that I'd been using with a strong flavor and put it in a small baggy with a little piece of paper with the flavor written on it, then rinsed my tank and used a brand new coil for a flavor that would not blend well with the previous. The next time I used the strong flavor, I could switch back to the coil I was using with it before.
