Hi all my name is Mark I am 29 from the UK and new to the forum, I have been vaping for about 8 or 9 weeks
My all day vape is the Kentucky Premium Blend by Vermillion River (well recommended)
although I do like the Hawaiian Pineapple also by VR but its not one I could use all day both at 15mg

anyway my question is this do any of you get a lightheaded funny shaky feeling? the reason I ask is im not sure if it is dehydration from vaping or maybe it is my anxiety coming back (had bad anxiety and panic attacks about a year ago) this funny feeling has only been with me the last week so im thinking if it was vaping it would of happened at the start when i switched from real cigs... right? anyway who better to ask than you guys, If you have any symptoms similar to mine please share your thoughts oh and great forum :)

Have you been vaping more frequently lately?? I have found that the vaping device hardly leaves my hand. If you are vaping more lately you "maybe" taking in too much nicotine and your body is telling you to cut down the amount. If your vaping more, trying cutting the juice with some PG/VG/Water to cut the nicotine down and order more juice at lower levels.

Could be too much nicotine, and/or not enough water.

And this one.

Best of luck to you. I hope you start feeling better soon!
I'm sure folks will jump in with more useful information.

Edited to add: Even though you might think that you've broken the cigarette habit, smoking forms some pretty strong addictions to your body. I see that you've been vaping for about 2 months.. Leads ME to think it's too much nicotine (are you chain-vaping?).. but I will not discount withdrawals to other chemicals in cigarettes. I'm no doctor!

If I were you: I'd cut my nic levels, and drink a fair amount of water (64oz/day) and see if that eases the symptoms.

Mark83uk, I have to agree with Mustang. Get yee to a doctor on Monday if the symptoms continue. It could be a lack of iron, but I've read that self diagnosis is a very tricky thing to do successfully. And you lose nothing having it checked out by a doc, but could gain a lot of understanding into this. Sounds like a win-win to me. Best of luck!
