Quick question

Ok i should know this but i can't remember for the life of me and im a lazy sod so instead of trolling through old posts i'll just ask to make sure .
the bottom of the collector tank on the UFS is Nickle plated brass, just want to confirm as it is being plated next week so i want everything to go smoothly

The Bottom of the tank IS Nickel plated brass. I also believe the Control Ring is Nickel plated as well, not sure if it's base material is brass or Aluminum though. don't have it apart at the moment to check.

I just wanted to make sure which parts were not Steel.
i think the control ring is brass as well, but thats not a real issue as i can get one made in stainless if need be.

While were here would you be able to do do your illustrations from Photo's together with all measurements
or do you need the pieces?

it is best if it is done with the actual item in hand as I measure every detail. However I am open to trying from photos and measurements. When doing 3D models, it is best to hold the item so you can gain the perspective in 3D when Illustrating it. That is unless you are making the initial design of something new, as then the 3D model is in your mind before hand
