Hi all, just wondering if a kgo battery will charge on a regular 510 charger. I'm thinking of just buying a battery rather than a starter kit. Thanks in advance!

I think it depends on the 510 charger. I know that I just use a standard riva 510 charger for my KGOs and have never had a problem but I've heard that there are some anomolies using an EGO system on the KGOs. I'm not sure what the glitch is whether it's don't use Ego batts on KGO chargers or vise-versa.
Is there a difference between an ego and regular 510 charger? I was thinking there might be a problem with the size of the battery versus the size of the slot in the charger. Do you think it will break one or the other if I tried it?
Sorry, I really don't know the answer to that. I've never used an eGo charger or an ego battery. I use Riva 750s and KGO 1100s. I have chargers from both kits and interchange them. In fact, I can't even tell whether I'm charging with a Riva or a KGO charger.
Dumb question of the day. Why not just buy a KGO kit and be done with it. I can pretty much guarentee that you will love the KGO batts. They hit hard, are trouble free and last a very long time. Right now I'm exclusively using KGOs and Boge LR cartos for some 4mg juice and it hits great and gives great flavor and vapor. Much more so than the standard Riva.
