I had an issue with an item I ordered from Vapor's Choice a couple months ago, and when I e-mailed them about the issue, Tim immediately sent out a replacement, which I got about two days after letting them know about the problem. The item was outside of their stated return policy, but he went ahead and sent a replacement without even requiring me to send the defective item back, so I just thought I'd post and let other people know.
They also seem to have the best prices on eGo Twists that I've seen (and both that I ordered have worked perfectly so far), so I just thought I'd post a quick thank you here to let others know about my positive experiences.
