I just thought that I would post a quick comment about word up.

Wow.

I had an issue with a product. contacted Jeff by email and received a response within a few hours.
I sent back the product and in its place was a replacement PLUS a few items. Not that they were overly expensive things to get from them, but very unexpected and not necessary yet appreciated.

Jeffery called me to let me know that he had received the package, called me to let me know that the replacement was on its way and called me to suggest a different product.

He called me - not me calling him.

Any way, I would suggest that if you haven't you should.

Yeah, I always hear that they are cool folks...
They seem great...
but... I want to hear about the juice... about the juice man ;-)
seems a bit pricey... but I will buy pricey juices...
I just want to know whether they are squirting flavors in PG/VG or if they
use multiple flavor vendors, make their own absolute, use a great absolute...
What is special about their juice?
Being from Cape Cod is almost special enough for me to buy... but
all people ever write about the juice is "it's good."
