Today is the start of my THIRD day of being analog-free

Question: i find myself vaping a LOT more than I used to smoke analogs. Thus I am getting a frequent nic high at a mere 12mg of juice. As it is, i already have very little throat hit. i'm afraid that if I cut it down to less than 12mg, TH will disappear. Any suggestions?

If you're vaping a lot more than you used to smoke, getting HIGHER nicotine strength might be your answer, especially since 12mg is pretty darn low. Many people here find that they need to get higher nicotine strength to be able to put their electronic cigarette down once in a while.

I think they may just be vaping out of an automatic type thing since they mentioned getting a nic high. Hard to stop since there is no end to the ecig...lol.

I found myself doing the same and simply filled a cart with 0 nic juice when I thought I was vaping overboard. Surprisingly, it worked and I can vape 0 nic for hours and KNOW when I need a nic fix.

I did the same thing, I mixed some 0mg vanilla juice and vape away at that. You'll know when you want the nicotine.

Well, if you really think you are getting a nic-high then you just might be vaping way too much. Even though you are only vaping 12mg strength which is generally accepted as similar to a light cigarette, you can still get an overdose of nic.

To me it just sounds like you're just like most people (me included) and really enjoy vaping and are vaping in excess. I've been vaping for 2-1/2 months now and still sit here on my computer at night for hours and pretty much vape non-stop - about 1 vape every minute for 5-10 minutes with maybe a 5-10 minute break in between then another round of vapes).

It's my understanding that a higher nicotine will provide a better throat hit and obviously will fulfill your nicotine craving quicker than lower nic levels. The ones who are vaping 0 (zero) nicotine juice will still get a throat hit primarily because of the PG and vape all they want without worrying about a nic-high. They are saying that if you want to vape as much as you do and avoid the nic-high, keep 2 carts handy. One filled with your 12mg juice and another with 0mg juice and alternate between them. You'll still get the flavor you like but be able to control your nic intake.

Hope I explained that well enough.
