I've gained a few pounds for sure, its very annoying, but I also know I'm healthier and I hope I can get a handle on it before it gets out of hand. One thing at a time, I also know from past attempts at quitting, that starting back up smoking again doesn't help at all.

My gain could also be from the cold winter, I tend to pad up a little in the freeze! LOL

I've been losing weight actually. I may be wrong, but I think the nicotine in analogs is what keeps your metabolism up and prevents the weight gain. So since I'm still getting my nicotine it's prevented any weight gain and I'm losing just because I'm more active now in the summer...

I must not be getting enough - time to bump it up :)

Every time I've quit smoking I've gained weight. I admit, it's one of the reasons I always went back...that, and I love to smoke.

Except this time. I'm losing weight now. So far, down about 2 pounds in a couple weeks. I know I'm vaping more then I smoked, but it seems to be killing my apetite much more efficiently then smoking ever did. I don't snack anymore, I vape. Before, I'd snack then smoke.

And I eat healthy and exercise every day...this is quite amazing considering I'm a menopausal old lady who's been struggling with her weight for years. I really feel better then I have in years.

Edited to add: I was vaping low strength (11mg) but moved up to medium (18), sometimes mixed with low and once in a while spiked with high (24mg). I moved to medium because I was getting headaches on the low and the medium (poof!) took them away.
