I haven't had an analog in 1 day, 1 hour, and 41 minutes....Thank God (and TastyVapor) for 24mg Caramel Popcorn! Below is something clipped from the newspaper that I have always found to be inspirational when trying to quit:

Here's Why Every Minute Counts

1 month - Cilia grows back in lungs.
1 year - Risk of heart disease is reduced 50 percent.
5 years - Risk of lung cancer is reduced 50 percent.
5-15 years - Risk of a stroke is reduced to that of a nonsmoker.
10 years - Risk of lung cancer and other cancers is reduced to that of a nonsmoker.
