I gave up smoking almost 3 months ago. My niece turned me on to vaping after she started doing it. I tried an ego that she had and smoked on it for about 3 hour and that's all it took. I knew after that long that vaping would work for me. I went right out and bought a first series MVP with a bottle of 18mg juice. I tooted on that for a couple of days and knew I needed to get a lower nicotine juice. I was smoking a pack a day of Camel 99's for maybe 35 years. I lowered my daily intake of analogs down to half a pack a day when I started vaping. I found that 12mg juice has worked great for me. Now I have lower my nicotine content in my juice to 6mg. I go between 12/6mg and things couldn't be any better. For the first 2 weeks I smoked maybe 2-3 analogs a day with the vape. Now I have not had a analog in almost 2.5 month :). Vaping is the only way to go if you want to stop that nasty habit of smoking those killer stix. All I can say is I feel much better and after I eat a good dinner I don't kill the lingering great flavor that the dinner had with a analog ..... Vaping was a life saver for this kid and I would highly recommend it to anybody wanting to quit smoking. Vape on friends and hope to see ya all here years down the road:D
