Hi all,

Just thought I would mention one little thing that really tipped the scales in my quitting smoking via PV. Once you get over the novelty of your new PV, be sure to use it (at least for a little while) ONLY where you smoke. This will help you to associate vaping with smoking. Given that, at least for me, completing the smoking ritual is was most important (going to my blacony to get away from life, the feeling of something going in to my mouth then lungs and coming out again, the slight sting of smoke, and the "big last drag"), completing your smoking ritual by initially vaping in your smoking location is very important. Hope that helps some of you.

Once you associate vaping with smoking to a certain degree, you will find that it is just as satisfying to vape in places you didn't smoke :) AND you will start to appreciate the non-tobacco flavorings :) I tell you, now that my PV has replaced smoking I feel like I can do the bad thing in the good way It's really liberating.
I love vaping in restaurant bathrooms :)

LOL, I still find myself doing a lot of things with my e-cig that I did with analogs -- like, when I lay my e-cig down on a table with the LED side over the edge to not 'burn' the table... Once you realize how much freedom your e-cig allows, you'll find your habits change dramatically.
