I didn't know what I was missing with Radio. It is a sick jooose. If I was Clark I would have this on the main lineup with wakonda and virus. It's that good!

Agree, definitely an ADV top five juice for me, and I know it just gets better and better with steep. Definitely hope to keep this at the top end of my rotation. This one has the magic.

It been mentioned before that the initial description (I think it may have been revised now) wasn't exactly representative of the juice. I'd go a couple steps further and say that the name and picture don't do it justice either. Hindsight is 20/20, and you would think if this is the case, who in the hell would buy a juice called H1N1 or The Virus either. :p

I think Radioactive would be better off as just "Radio". How about a picture of a nice 30's era console radio? Imagine a family sitting around the radio while the father is smoking a pipe with... oh I don't know... spiced vanilla tobacco in it. :)

So this is my first experience with Radio FOOB. My other experience is with a batch from June '14 which was a little muted.

Awesome juice, I agree with K2 and Scratch that this should get moved from white label to a permanent slot on the menu. Although there might need to be some steep on this juice. Much like Virus, I think it's gonna be vapeable through out it's life cycle!

Rm2, .63 ohms twisted 27 g with a ridiculously large id ( read I forgot :) ) wicked with Rayon. Very smooth, nice balance of flavors with just a hint of spice (from the tobacco?).

I'll throw this in a Magma tonight when I get home from work when I'm giving the Atlanta a taste as well and see what some wattage play does for it! The Reo is chucking 28 watts right now and I'd like to try it at a lot lower wattage...

Well I don't like it fresh, BOD 12/5. Will try it again the first of the year. Really hope it gets good as I got 60ml.

Burnie

Burnie, Hopefully it will hit for you. It does get a lot better with age, although I did like it fresh, it is awesome once it steeps for a while. I'm currently hitting a bottle from April, but it will change quite a bit in just a month.

Hi Burnie! :) I haven't tried Radioactive, but lots of people like it - hope it turns into a winner for you! Did you like your Wakonda right away?

Yep, it is great, but not as fresh, BOD 10/28. Ordered in a 60ml bottle of it (first was just 15ml which is almost gone), and 45ml off the classies of NZ to use in my DIY mixes, Really Good juice.

It was 3 months for me before Radio began to hit well for me. After that, I reached for it a lot every day.

For most of us that is about right. I'm not sure if it's in the description now, but Kent stated that this liquid needs a good steep. Patience will reward you - I still have some of the beta version and a bottle or two from February.

I only used my Wakonda mixed with Crème Brulee, and although it was fine fresh, I liked it better after 6-8 weeks :)

Well I got my first Radio today and the website says it is a "White Label" but mine has a black label so I think it's defective and wonder if I can get a replacement!

I do find it a bit muted but after reading back a few pages in this thread I see that could be normal being fresh. I do like the flavor just wish it was stronger. I guess I will let it sit a bit and see how it does.

Got my radio in yesterday, after it sat around the post office for a whole week. Mine has flavor, I'm just not sure what the flavor is, or that I like it fresh out of the box. I think I'll have to revisit in a month.

Side note...I hope I didn't ruin it by using the pipette I got without washing it thoroughly. Bozo moment, but I was in a hurry to give it a try before I left for the night.

I got mine yesterday too! I can't figure out the flavor either! I have vaped about half a tank and still have no idea what I am tasting. Right now it is OK but I am putting it away and will revisit it in a month or so! I can't imagine it being anything but great and I will be good and put it away:)

I kinda agree, I'm getting vanilla and that's all, seems like there is something else there but it is so light right now I just don't get it. The description says it's tobacco forward but I'm not getting tobacco at all. Guess it needs to hang out awhile, I'll check back on it later.

You two are not alone, I had the same reaction to it. I'm putting it away for a month and trying again in a month.

Fwiw I never considered radio to have much tobacco taste. There is this 'spicy' component to it that just works. Its not spicy like heat spicy... its just unique.. it with the vanilla are just so welcoming. Tbh I often wonder if there might be device issues behind the muted flavor reports. I've only used it in rdas.

I'm with you on the flavor. Of course if I'm not hitting Radio', I'm all over the Virus so my taste may be muted to the tobacco aspect.
And you may have a valid point regarding the device. It's permanent in my reo mini, but I just switched from a rm2 w/ kgd to an igo-s w/ rxw and the flavor is not quite "there". I'll give it some time to see if it settles in, but may have to go back.
