Hi,


Two questions

First, with the Ragnarok I am having the hot button issue, which after doing some research it appears to be from the sh**ty spring, so my question is: where can I find a replacement upgrade to magnets? I locked all over the web nothing specially for it.

Second the fat snow wolf, I have a TUGH 30m clone on it and I don’t like it at all, very restrictive, not that good ether on clouds or flavor. So my question is: what is a good 30m atty, clouds chaser is preferred (wana utilize that big A** battery)

You'll probably have to source magnets on your own from places like Super Magnet Man or eBay. Not terribly hard as long as you can accurately measure the OD of the post and ID of the button. You'll likely just have to take a guess at the thickness, but magnets are cheap enough that you can get a couple.

Also, hot button issues can often be fixed with a thorough, meticulous cleaning, then using Naolox or Deoxit. Have you tried this yet?

As for the Snow Wolf, most 30mm versions of 22mm cloud chasing atties will be just fine. I myself just use 22mm atties and I have a couple mods with slant caps to help clean up the aesthetics of the setup. As usual, make sure you know the CDR of the battery you're using. Most 26650s are no better than your average 18650.

about the magnets I have tried to find one that work and failed LOL
Thats why I am asking

For the battey sure I know my builds and my battery ability,

The attys (cloudy) I have 13 heavens, MX v4, velocity all 22m

As far as I know Non of them come in 30m

My current builds now are between 0.1-0.2

For mech mod springs I just bought a box of assorted springs from Harbor freight. (About $5)
You may have to shorten one, but you should be able to find one that works.


You can use any diameter atty on the FSW.
30mm attys just look cleaner.
That big battery will give you more mAh, that's about it.

I personally contacted VLS about my hot button and they sent me out whole brand new button without any question I also am looking for a good spring to replace mine I cleaned my full mod top to bottom numerous times and that would fix it for a few hours then. I'd pick it up and instantly have a hot button again

I should also mention my button would gradually get warmer Not burning hot and it was not instant , are you getting an instant hit button or a gradual warm up?

just gradually, and I am pretty sure it is caused by that spring, because the button will get hotter faster if I was pushing the button with a certain angel (I think is a bad connecting point)


also, like you my mod is pretty clean most of the time.

Yeah, my Rangarok has never done it, but Mike's was driving us nuts trying to solve. And for whatever reason, his new switch solved it.

However, if anyone finds magnets for it, I prefer magnetic switches and wouldn't mind replacing my spring either.
