Just grabbed a IPV5. Should be here this week. Crazy sales, couldn't pass.

There's a few folks on here with rx 510 issues @gofishtx . They ended up replacing them with fat daddy's.
Yeah, mine just died a slow death, but luckily still under warranty and I already filed my claim and will be mailing it back to the vendor tomorrow for a replacement. I plan on just putting a tank that I know fits on it and just using it at my desk. I think I want to get an IPV5 also.

I'm curious as to how the 510 connection is on the Ipv5, hopefulyl the same as on previous versions. On my Reuleaux some of my RDAs do not sit flush and have some wobble. Even some heat sinks don't sit flush. Plus I am having other issues with it so thinking of one of these for my desktop/at home mod. Sigeleis have disappointed me in the past and so far nothing but good reviews on the ipv 5. If I like it, I may pass my old IPV3 on to my brother

Fits flush no wobble.

Battery life is pretty good, about a day and a half for me on a full charge. Vaped the Herakles at about 45-50watts and was really please, cranked it up to 60 watts a couple times and was actually a little too warm for me. I did notice the resistance was fluctuating around a bit and when it was really warm vape the resistanced showed up near .9 ohms for a .6 coil. I think this came from not having the tank screwed all the way down. Seems to be you can tighten it all the way without causing any troubles whereas with the Hana I can't do that without the possibility of screwing up the pin on the 510 connector. All-in-all very pleased with the purchase.

Sorry to hear that, man. You think it was ver 3.10 that contributed to that?

My RX250 has been working the same as before the update; no issues. The 510's not that bad; the only tanks I've tried that I couldn't get flush, (and eliminate all wobble), were a Kanger Toptank Mini and a Phoenix.

I recently got an iJust2 tank, (5.5ml for $13, I couldn't pass it up), and a sweet Tobeco clone of the Twisted Messes V2 RDA, ($16). They're both built very well and fit flush on the RX, with no wobble. The Melo 3 Mini does too, so any Eleaf tank is probably gtg. I can confirm that those, at least, are viable choices to use on yours when you get the replacement. I don't know if the Aromamizer Supreme and/or V2 would fit as well, but that might be the best overall choice to pair with it, (the V2 will be my next purchase).

Anyway, I did order one of those finned Kepler heatsinks, ($1.74 from Gearbest), just to reduce wear and tear to the 510, the finish around it, and hopefully eliminate this little issue altogether.

...I think I want to get an IPV5 also.

Sure, why not? They're only ~$50, ($45.99 at VapeNW), online.
