Most (possibly all now) of Massachusetts has a 21+ age to purchase tobacco products, and some vape shops have this as well.
I've voiced this to my local tobacconist (it's been happening for that long), as well as anyone within earshot:
So the same kids that buy the booze for the 18 year olds will be able to sell them cigarettes too? One stop shop!
