Ran out of JUICE and Carty's !!! Ugghh!

I'm a newbie and did not calculate my usage properly. The South Beach folks said their cartridges would last like a pack and a half. No way Jose!

I ordered more from AZ Smoke and they are supposed to come today. I am still waiting for my GoGo from China.
I ordered a ton of other stuff too but I will need to go back to analogs today and hope that the new cartridges show up
today. They mailed them USPS priority on Thursday....should be 2 days, my mail doesn't come for 10 more hours....

I'll make sure that doesn't happen again. I was so happy about not smoking analogs.....damm it.

This happened to me all the time, the thing that gets me now though is reallizing that I'm tired of the flavors I have or eh the just don't taste as good as they used to or something to that effect. I say well I will tough it out until my new flav's come in and sometimes it takes a day longer than expected and you open that mail box and reallize they aren't in yet, "I said I would tough it out til my new ones came in and they aren't here yet" yep straight to the store to grab a pack out of spite to the so-called-god, so you want me to suffer, I will shave one day off it oh great one, see you sooner lol. Anywho its common for new users to go through this, the best thing to do is always have alot of juices around, the thing I did that worked really well and I might get back into is having alot of generic flavors(ie 1 apple, 1 strawberry, 1 chocolate, etc) and mix them the way you like like you are making drinks, used to love that, actually back in the day thats how I made my Bu work with 308 blanks. Strawberry Chocolate was my favorite mix, great after lunch vape, man I miss that, may have to go back to ELP and get some lol.

Hey there!

IMO it's worth going nuts on your intial orders. I'd get double or triple what you think you'll use. Especially juices. Now that I'm completely off analogs, I'd get nervous if I had less than a month supply of cartomizers and juice.

Good luck and don't worry about going off the analogs just yet, it's natural to have to switch back and forth when you start. You are on a path that will end with you quitting smoking if you want to, though.

Don't beat yourself up for going back on the analogs for a short time. Your on the right track and won't want them after a while.

I really dislike those venders that say their carts/cartos equal a pk of smokes. I try my best to get the word out there that this is not true. It makes it bad for all the noobs out here trying to get off the analogs. I am afraid that it will turn so many away from this wonderful product.

I think we should have a sticky for all the noobs that come here warning them about this deceptive practice.

Are these cartomizers? I can get a week's use out of a cartomizer, 10 days out of some. Keep them damp with thin clear juice. But yes - a pre-filled cartomizer aka carto lasts about 10-12 cigarettes. BS rebranders lie about how long a carto lasts.

Check VaporSearchUSA.com for any shops near you. And stay well ahead of yourself on your purchases of cartos and juice. The mail is slow these days.

If you need an emergency ecig, call 7-11's and see if they have Njoy Npro aka 2-n-1 (and RN4081 carto model) and my RiteAid has what looks like an RN4081 and some cartos or carts for it on the checkout counter.

Amen to that! I started with a kit from V2 cigs and they also said their pre-filled carts equal one pack of cigs. I went through 20 carts in a week ($40 worth) and according to their calculations that would mean I was smoking 3 packs/day! The pre-filled ones dry out quickly IMO so I went with another kit and am using juice. I'm in this to 1)stop smoking and 2)save money and spending $40/week on carts plus shipping would definitely not be a savings. Pre-filled are great as far as convenience and I liked that aspect of it but juice is the most economical way to go. If you could order some cartomizers and find some juice you really liked or several you liked I think you'd be happier in the long run.

I buy in bulk so I don't think I'll ever run out of supplies it started when I first started vaping because I was afraid I would go back to smoking then it turned into I just want to get the best deal I could on supplies and make vaping as cheap as possible

Man I've been there too, I usually have some nic lozenges around and chew them constantly until my next order comes in, now when I get down to 15 ml out of 30 I panic, lol - You live you learn I guess

I thought it was just me, lol! 25 cartos in 12 days and now I am almost out. I hope the juices I ordered come in today! USPS says "The Postal Service expects to deliver the item on Saturday, January 21, 2012. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later. " and it's the first time I use "Reload every" feature in Firefox

I also had 4 bad cartos from V2 - one was dry and the other three wouldn't fire. And all my cartos give great vapor and flavor for only about 10 drags, then it all starts getting muted

I think it even more like stocking the pantry!! Once you have all the staples built up, then you just replenish as you find deals or replace back-ups.

Those pre-filled cartos are no where near worth a pack of ciggies, and I wish vendors would stop making that claim because it's not true ... it's more like 4 cartos are worth a pack.

Always stock up on cartos and juice, and never wait til the last minute to order. Try to stay three weeks ahead of your habit ;-). and I like what someone else suggested, go to a local 7 eleven and pick up a disposable while you wait for your real order to come in.

You don't have to go back to analogs while waiting for your order. You can pick up a Blu disposable at Walgreens ($8). They are about a pack to a pack and a half of nic fix. Don't touch the other Blus stuff - the disposable is higher nicotine and works better - a good back up for "when you run out". : )

Wow... I know it's off topic in a way, but O M G!!! I just unpackaged the first juices to arrive, 70/30 from Dark City and I am dripping on a LR atty on my new kGO!!! V2s are a freaking joke! This vapor is so thick and more importantly SMOOTH!!! Un-effing-believable!!! Million thanks to ECF and all here! ) Worth it!

Thanks for the tips about 7-11. I have a Walgreen's near me but 8 bucks for one day seems steep.
