Hey folks, kinda new here but can't really find anything super relevant to my current issue. My last analog was a week ago on a Friday, and that was like two hits. Almost gagged, and I loved those things! And even for a couple weeks before I was at 1-2 analogs a day (I'd have one to marvel at how much I didn't like them).
Then, the day after the last analog, my mouth went nuts. All my non-molar top teeth felt loose and incredibly painful, and right behind my front teeth was crazy swollen. I'd had an insane root canal a few weeks before and so I convinced myself I needed a root canal on my front teeth, or upper jaw entirely, or just pull them out! I hate how this sort of thing always happens on the weekend....
I called in to work Monday, went to the dentist, and they looked in there and said mouth ulcers, no bigs. He said his mom has this happen whenever she drinks orange juice. Huh? I was confused, and forgot about vaping completely because they had me narrow down my weird food intake. I'd had some hummus my buddy made with Sriracha (sp?) that same day as my last analog, and never had Sriracha before. I can't handle too much spicy stuff.
So I got prescribed some great-tasting (blecch) oral steroid rinse, and my mouth is like 83% better after about 5 days now. I would think if it was vaping-induced, I wouldn't be improving that much, if at all. I certainly didn't slow down vaping....but such a reaction from hot sauce?! What the eff is in Sriracha, lava direct from the pits of hell?!
Any thoughts? I don't have any personal vaping friends, and I figured someone here might have a tidbit. Thanks!
