Hello veteran vapers I have a random question on my mind I noticed when I vape I know for direct lung your supposed to inhale directly to your lungs and blow it out but I've noticed for me when i do that I don't get my nicotine craving like I should so what I do is hit the device and inhale the vapor more deeply into my lungs and when I do that repeatedly after about 10 times my craving goes away can anybody please explain thanks

between here and there
First off the nicotine is being absorbed through your mouth, nose and throat and very little actually reaches your lungs. Its not like smoking where the smoke and tar and the other chemicals do deposit into your lungs. So with vaping it takes a little longer for the fix to actually kick in. Drawing in quickly for a few seconds and then repeating it sounds like the device is not strong enough or the nic content needs to be increased. You may want to try to hold it in your mouth a couple of seconds before inhaling to get the full benefit of the drag(puff or whatever). Give it a try to see if this helps. What happens is and why a lot of us vape constantly is to maintain a level of nic in our bodies to keep the cravings at bay. For me, I chain vape mostly because that is how I smoked cigarettes, so that behavior really has not changed for me. Some people prefer to vape a higher nic level so they can put the vape down and only use it once or twice in an hour or so. Depends on you and what you are comfortable with, there is no wrong way to do it just how you want to do it.

Let us know.

Well, it doesn't sound like you are vaping "incorrectly" (it's sort of really hard to with DL inhales.) If it takes you a bit to achieve nicotine satisfaction and satiation, it's also not unusual for it to take a while, as nicotine is absorbed kind of differently and more slowly in comparison to smoking.

It is certainly the case that you could bump up your nicotine level a bit, if you so desire. But if you're okay with it taking a little while for the nicotine to catch up to your cigarette craving, and you are doing okay, you could just continue vaping the way you have been, there isn't anything worng with doing so.

If I understand correctly MTL works better for nicotine cravings for you? I have found with alot of people it is the cigarette feeling they are addicted to not the nicotine. I haven't smoked in years and only vape 1.5mg but I still need a MTL at timess. My friend as well couldn't quit completely with her $60 DTL kit her BF suggested so I gave her a used $10 dual evod kit and she quit that day. Addicted to MTL not nicotine.
