Random Questions from a noob

So, aside from two full analogs and a drag from another (which, by the way, were huge "WTF! This is nasty!" moments), I've been tobacco/cigarette free since Feb. 17.

I started on, and am currently still using, a 901. I love it, but don't really have anything to compare it to. In your opinion, is there a better PV option? If so, what is it, and what are your reasons?

Any opinions on how many spare atty's and batteries to have on hand? I get my stuff from Rob and Michelle at vapor kings, and shipping only takes about 2 days.

Has anyone else had an issue with the USB passthroughs for the 901? Mine periodically won't turn off. I ended up killing an atty and burning my fingers after not realizing it was still on.

Is anyone else unimpressed with dacadent vapours flavors? I got a couple and really wasn't at all impressed. Playing with some lorann flavors has been really fun, but the Newport from vapor kings is definitely my #1 juice.

Does anyone know where or how to increase the battery life on a 901? I know there's options, but I'm new and ignorant... and it's difficult deciphering these threads and posts sometimes. :)

Thanks!

I've read comments on the 901 that it was smooth, cooler, and more flavorful draw. I use a 510 and people say it hits harder with warmer vapor. Which I believe from my limited use thus far. Then you have high voltage mods that supposedly hit even harder. Burns up juice faster as a consequence as well. 901 parts in general are cheaper from what I have seen. Then you have two piece units with batt and cartomizer. Alot of rave reviews about that combo and they say it holds alot of juice. Just a little more effort to refill. KR808 I think it is called.

I got over the small size and battery pretty quickly. Next step is a larger mod 900 mah battery or better. Currently using a Tornado/eGo when on the move and a usb passthrough when at home.

I have only used the 510 and I find it to be a great pv, if you are wanting to try something different, its only $35 for a starter kit at cignot. They should be back in stock tommorow.

I think a decent rule of thumb for spare attys is 1 in use and 2 spares for each person vaping in the house. That leaves a little bit of cmfrt room if you get a bad luck sting with attys.

Welcome MrsJacobs! I have a couple of PV's which include the 510 but I would recommend the Tornado from Totally Wicked. One battery will last me almost one full day and IMO it brings out the flavor more in ejuices. As far as juice goes, I would certainly and highly recommend Tasty Vapor. Good Luck and Happy Vaping!
