Hi everybody has anyone experienced a dual 18650 mod drain one cell completely and barely touch the other from what I'm seeing the wires and everything still look good soldering is still connected and all that I'm stumped? Any help is much appreciated.

That's what I was guessing I just wanted some confirmation before I possibly ruined another paired set one battery was at 4.1 volts the other was at 1.3 they were off the charger(an efest luc v4) for maybe 20 minutes before I noticed something wasn't right.
I am assuming they are a married pair? bought and used only in at the same time and charged together?
the battery that was at 1.3 volts is toast anyway its been discharged to much
Ya I tossed it when I saw that I refuse to use a battery that got that low and yes they were married charged together never used separately I was doing everything right as far as I know there isn't any problems with the raptor chips like this that's known about is there?
I am not familiar with the mod your using but ive heard of similar situations (not nearly as extreme) with the e-mech when carged trough the mod. I rotate my batteries every couple of charges.
I've been pulling the batteries out and charging them on my luc v4 charger and I rotate them every charge cycle I'm thinking it was just a bad battery since it hasn't happened again but I'm having the mod rewired since the guy that made it did a shoddy job anyway and the battery was roughly 1.3 volts that number is what was in my head it could've been slightly higher like by .1 to .3 ish higher
