As far as we're aware, the only continued risk due to vaping (which is also true of the patch, the gum, or any other nicotine delivery system) is slightly increased heart disease risk. This is a risk of any stimulant, including caffeine, and is considered to be negligible in an otherwise healthy person.

Vaping may also cause slight throat irritation, depending on your own body's sensitivities (i.e. some people never have any problems with PG, some get a dry cough or allergic reaction, some people never have any problems with VG, others get excessive phlegm in the throat).

So, everything else on that list should heal on-schedule with someone who quits cold turkey, with what we know right now.

All I can tell you for sure is that I feel better.
