I posted that after the post from l74dn(post 11) I guess it got delayed. But after the new post explaining the difference...I am curious. But at 3 bucks a pop I am still apprehensive. So its just like a carto? but better flavor and vapor?

Atomizers have been around before cartomizers. This is basically a tank atomizer, not a cartomizer. Atomizers run anywhere from about $5.50 - $10 each depending on where you get them and in what quantity. So if this performs like an atomizer, then the price is actually quite good as long as it holds up about the same as a tank cartomizer. It could actually hold up longer.

Here are 2 pics of 2 complete Phoenix Ravens, which I just received, this afternoon. Sorry for the poor phone pics. My camera gear is back in Las Vegas.

First thing that I noticed is, one coil is made with resistance ribbon and the other is made with resistance wire. Why? . . . Who knows. However, it does demonstrate a lack of consistency from one piece to the next.

I purchased the complete tank set-up. If I don't like them, I'll give them to my nephew.

I'll wash the tanks and vape them, later.

I have become a huge fan of the Raven..I just ordered 20 of them to find out that within the next couple weeks there will be a non flanged version coming....looks like I'm ordering more when they come in since they will work with my cartomator and big daddy tanks!!! I bought some of these when Gotvapes had them on Alpha....I was getting 3-4 weeks out of one carto which is way longer than I get from a boge

So are the tank flanges on these perfectly round instead of a shield looking flange? Vaperfexion puts a perfect sphere as their flange recess on their tanks, and I also use an IBTanked 19MM Tank for my ProVari(s) that don't have a flange recess at all.

The shape of the flange isn't an issue for these tanks, but if I could get confirmation that I won't have any issues with my existing tanks, I'll go buy a few right now.

The three I got were all round wire coils, no ribbon wire. I do have 5 more coming and will check them. Just fill the tank for the third time on the ProVari and am into the second tank on the Billot Box...both are performing great. Good draw, great flavor and vapor, after sitting all night neither had flooded.

ok...I wanted to give this a shot. But unfortunately the website is confusing as hell. So far it seems the only way I can get the Phoenix Raven in 2.8 ohm is by buying it with the tank. Otherwise I can only get 2.4-2.6 individually. Am I the only one having this problem? lol this is making me want to give up on trying this

Same issue here. I'd like to order the 2.8's but I guess the only thing available are the 2.4's. Absinth, what do yours read at on the provari? Did you order them individually or with the tank? Maybe GV just misprinted?

They are perfectly round.

I have 10 replacement carts plus 1 of the tanks, I have not been to impressed with it yet, but I have a thick vg juice in it. It just does not seem to have the flavor, or vapor production i was expecting, and if I turn the watts up to get the vapor i want it tastes burnt. Could be the juice too, I've yet to try something else in it.
