RAWR, where's my Vapor?

I placed an order 9 days ago with RAWR Vapor and even though the order was only shipping from Tennessee to Arkansas, it's now in New Jersey. I contacted Mike, the apparent owner, to try to verify the shipping address and make sure my tracking number is correct, which never got done. I've received reply after reply from him about how "the confirmation number is not always accurate as to what is going on with your package" and about how my order "is not lost" and how he is "sure the package will get to me". When I pointed out my concern about temperature and humidity changes during the extended shipment for a second time, this was the reply: "If you are still concerned as to the quality of the juice when it arrives to you, please send the package back to me unopened. When I receive the package, I will send you out a fresh order." This is for one 15 ml bottle. I don't see how it's so hard for a supplier to say, "I'm sorry it's taking so long and you still don't have your order after a week and a half or any assurance that it's going to arrive any time soon. To prove that your business is important to us, I'll send your order for the tiny little bottle again. Let me just double-check your shipping information beforehand." It was just a 1/2 oz. bottle, after all, just to test the waters. And what did I find in the waters? At least two weeks shipping and if I'm not satisfied with that, spend money once again out of my own pocket for return shipping and hope that my replacement order doesn't take forever to get here, too. Not very pleased at all. I understand that the issue might be with USPS, but Mike doesn't seem to care that the experience of this order was downright frustrating and continues to be so. I would advise caution when ordering from RAWR Vapor. If you choose to, I hope you have better luck with it than I did.
