I have already decided I will try to rebuild some coils. Now just waiting when my Aerotank will burn a couple of them for me. But can rba be attractive to me if I am not in subohming? As I understand RBA does not have a separate (spare) coil holder, so I should prepare some coils in advance and when I need to replace an old one I should open an RBI, get rid of liquid and screw in a new coil. Am I right?

What are joys of RBA besides subohming (not for me) and tinkering (would like to, but need something in return)?

Go check out the "Rebuildable Atomizer Systems" sub-forum...LOTS of information there.

In short, yes, you can enjoy an RBA without sub-ohming. I vape single coils in the 1.5 Ohm range @ 10W pretty much exclusively. I've been using RBAs for quite a while and don't plan on using anything else for a long time.

They're fun to re-build, and the coils you build will last much longer than stock OEM coils. There is no need to sub-ohm to enjoy them, I'm usually in the 1.5Ω - 2.2Ω range with a single coil. They perform well, and make it simple to switch flavors, as I DIY my e-liquid.

Using a 30 ga coil should last quite a long time, the coil will last longer than the wicking. You can remove the wick, dry burn it perfectly clean, and re-wick, simple and quick.

I was in a B&M just today, pucking up a couple Sony 18650, they had a simple RDA for $10, couldn't resist just one more topper....

I would say TRY. If not just for the hell of it but also flavor. I vape all day everyday on my RDA's then i'll try my GF's Aspire MVP set up and there's no comparison. The vape is really cool and the same juice i'll be using has to me almost no flavor. They have some out there that run less than $40 that are great quality so if you get a chance go for it! VAPE ON!

One HUGE difference is the flavor. With a rba you will get a incredible flavor. It's like night and day and once you have tasted it you won't look back! ! The flavor can be like eating a candy, sweet good, intense, delicious . Very different from your standard tank.besides being fun to build, the flavor is the difference. I say yes, absolutely try a rba! You will NOT regret your decision! ! It's so much more intense than a standard tank!! This is why most people who use a rba will never go back to traditional tanks.

Definitely try an RTA/RBA/RDA! For all the reasons mentioned above. Kayfun's are probably the most reliable and easiest to build.

As for your Aerotank, rebuilding that will make a world of difference too! If you are using the older style coils with the wick sticking out the sides, check out my two part blog on how to rebuild them into single microcoils. It may give you some ideas! Many thanks to everybody for answers on my question.
Unfortunately after getting my hands (mouth?) on Aerotank I increased my juice consumption at list by 100% and got a vaper’s tongue. So I am putting my aerotank along with thoughts about more advanced delivery system aside, reduce my vaping, and wait for improvement.
