RBA for standard eGo battery?

I'm thinking about my first rba, but i only have standard eGo batteries. Will an rba work well on one of these, or do I need to wait 'till I pick up a mod with higher voltage? I was thinking about an igo-l or an octapus, but am open to other budget-friendly (and beginner friendly) suggestions.

I like the Phoenix, sometimes called the Bully. Also the BT801. Both are small and work well as low as 3 volts.

The iGo-s or mini Octopus would be great for sure. Drippers are awesome.

I picked up a couple of the little phoenix rba's when reosmods had them in stock. It would look good on an ego. I linked to the fasttech site, they look the exact same as what reosmods had. They are easy to rebuild.

I used a AGA-S when I used an ego. Make sure to build your coil above 1.5 ohm and test for shorts with a meter. If the numbers are jumping around it usually indicates a short. That IGO-F looks interesting since I prefer dripping to gennies now. One thing with the AGA-S, the top cap would come off in my pocket.

Lol. That was about 10 minutes too late. I've ordered a Phoenix since it looks like a good starter model. Ah well, I already knew it wouldn't be my only RBA, now I just have to resist the temptation to buy more untilI get a few wraps under my belt...
