If you're able to recoil Protanks then you should be able to get very satisfying results from and RBA or rda. I've only been vaping for 2 months and been rebuilding on a KFL+ and Igo W with great results, they're both much easier to build than a Protank I think. My first builds on both of them produced much more vapor and flavor than my rebuilt Protanks. I personally would suggest trying something like an IGO W as your first RBA/RDA as it is so easy to build on and produces very good results very easily. I got mine for $20 with the air hole already drilled out for me but they can be had for $10 and even less sometimes so if you find that dripping isn't for you, you aren't really at much of a loss.

    I dunno...is RBA worth it?

    'I get it' too now.

I started with RBA's last week, got a RSST and a AGA, did a few builds with normal coils (1.8ohms) and 400 SS mesh, wasn't bad in the RSST, but nothing WOW, but was not very good in the AGA, so was recommended to try cotton for wick and micro coil, it improved the RSST, but again had wicking problems and nothing great in the AGA. Then yesterday, I got organic cotton and did a 1.1ohm micro coil for the AGA......BANG it's friggin awesome, tons of flavor and vapor, really is the best vape I've had so far.

The only thing that scares me now, is can I do the same build again when I need to change it, but will worry more about that when it comes to it.

I've used carto tanks and clearo's, and right now the setup I have on the AGA, blows them all out of the water. I will still use carto tanks for when at work, as the RSST and AGA not very travel friendly, if not standing up, tend to leak quite a lot, the AGA especially, but they are now my at home choice.

Christopher F. Lively, you may be misunderstanding me, I understand what you are getting at, however I and apparently many others feel you are wrong. I do not see the point in arguing with you, for one main point... this whole thing is subjective, a good vape to you may not be good to me... so there is no point in arguing with you and your beloved kayfuns (this is not meant to be derogative to kayfun lovers)

What ratio juice do you use? I tend to go heavy on VG and I haven't had my RSST leak once... even laying on the wick side.

50PG/50VG the RSST isn't to bad, lay it down for 30 seconds is ok, but leave to long then get a bit of juice leak, but nowhere as bad as the AGA, as told best to leave fill up hole open, so even 15 seconds will flood the coil, done it a few times, hoping my brain will remember not to do it anymore :)
