RBA Noob Need Help

So my coworker handed me this today:



and said I could have it. The insides look like this:



Sorry for the low-quality pics, I don't own a smartphone.

It's definitely an rba with a coil wrapped around what may be silica (but may not be). Can anyone I identify it? rba is most definitely not my bag, I was just given this thing and I have no idea how to use it.

How many "drops" should this guy take? What info should I be posting that is pertinent to my question? The Ohm resistance checks out as 1.3 on my Vamo and Provari.

On which device should I use it?

Looks like a smoktech octopus. With that ohm reading it is ok on your vamo. With the stock wicks it will take quite a few drops without leaking. I have re wicked mine with a micro coil and cotton, and I love it. Check the thread on micro coils for nice pics of the set up.

Holy crap, I just Kirk'ed it and dripped about fifteen drops into this guy. Hit is smooth and delicious. Used Boba's. Not bad, not bad at all. Got really hot, really quick, though... Had the Vamo set at 3.7 volts.

Still, not my bag, but did I just pop my RBA cherry?

3.7 might be a bit hot for that build, try 6.5 watts on the vamo if t tastes burnt. I run mine as a taste tester at 1.2 with quip cotton that I can pull for new flavors. Cherry popped! I am about 50/50 between my gennies and the octopus now, just for the trouble free great flavor!
