Ultem as the melting point is really quite high....it will take heat levels of up to 170 degrees centigrade.

Is the cap getting too hot or not cooling down fast enough?
What material is your drip tip/mouthpiece made from?
What coils are you using in which RDA?
What is the resistance and how many watts are you using?

Me personally, I'd like brass lined ceramic. Haven't found one yet.
