Sure. Iv run a .8 on my wifes 30W sig and it ran OK. If you find that you prefer a coil or coils that run at 1 ohm or slightly above, it would be perfect. I would recommend a small chamber atty, like a Derringer or Hobo, or maybe even an Atomic. Something in a 18-20mm size would vape pretty good. Just to get you started down the road of rebuilding and what equals what and so on.

The exact build is dependent on the atty, so you kind have to make that choice first and then go from there with the paramiters of build, :?)

If you're used to less airflow than the rdas and tanks used for high wattage, it's hard to beat the Magma. I prefer the derringer, but that's just personal preference, and I run it at more than 30 watts most of the time.
