OK cool thanks I'll just wait til I get a MVP 20w
The MVP can handle an RDA, but you'll also need to target 1-2 ohms (the 20W won't fire anything below 1 ohm). That being said, I'm pretty happy at 1.2 ohms on the 20W - but if you want room to grow, you might look for a mod that will fire something a little lower. (dual coil setups, for example, are pretty much always sub ohm - which isn't where you'd start building, but eventually you might like the flexibility to go a little lower than 1.0!).

I actually ran a SMOKTech RDA on an eGo ages ago, as my first dripping experience. It worked actually surprisingly well! You can always mess around with building coils, just know that you'll get better performance with your next mod. (and make sure to check your resistance before screwing it onto the eGo! if you try to fire something sub-ohm on an eGo it will, in the best case, shut itself off completely until it's plugged into a power outlet... learned that lesson the hard way!)

Actually vaping at 1-2ohm is perfect for me I'm more looking at the tinkering aspects of it

Perfect - I say go for it then. The 20W will be fun to play around with - and will also make sure you don't blow yourself up or anything the first time around, lol. I'm personally loving the single-coil setup. Have tried everything from 0.1 to 2.0 ohms and a 1.2 ohm single coil is pretty freakin sweet. (want more vapor? crank up the wattage!)

Have fun with it! :toast:

Tinkering leads to "what if" and then you might decide you DO want to try a sub ohm build. Suggestion: get something that can push at least 30 watts (Personally, I am loving my IPV Mini!) so if you do decide you want to tinker with sub-ohm, you won't need to buy another device. Better to have power and not need it than need power and not have it. :2c:

They're coming out with a MVP 3 which goes to 30 watts. iTaste MVP V3.0

ETA

I saw this today, may want to consider something that can fire higher than 30W. iPV Mini 2 - 70W MOD Pioneer4you Greenleaf

That is great I was considering a iStick 30 but wife has a iStick 20w and found it to be to small for my liking that's what I was thinking the MVP 20w plus not to expensive but if their coming out with a 30w even better
