I'm about 2 months into vaping but have quickly progressed through the stages...I started on a Halo G6, vision spinner, Vamo, and I'm now on a Provari mini v2.5. I've built many micro coils for my PT's and I've had a KFL+ clone for a few weeks that I'm loving. I'm wicking with organic cotton. I tried an IGO-W a few weeks ago and built a single coil for it. I wasn't pleased with the draw, so I drilled out both holes to 1/16th" which I think was a mistake because it's too airy for me. So, I'm looking for suggestions on another rda to try. I'm thinking I want adjustable airflow, but not sure. What would you guys recommend?

I also like the igo L, good and cheap. It performs well. Id stay away from adjustable airflow, if you need more air just drill it slightly larger. I also have a round file that works well for sanding the holes out a little bigger. Airflow will depend on the resistance of your builds and personal preferences too. Good luck and vape safe.

Can I ask why you guys don't recommend adjustable airflow? Does it not work well on an RDA?

Mostly personal preference as both can produce excellent vapor.

Once hole drilled to taste on non-adjust all is good; one less thing to worry about.

Some minor nit picks:
With adjustable air flow I'm always tinkering with air flow.
I don't like the additional o-rings and hardware; I prefer simple.
I don't like how juice can hide behind air control ring.
For some reason adjustable air flow vapor seems to be slightly lower quality; aerodynamics or placebo, I don't know.

I'm sounding like a broken record with this...omega: adjustable airflow, single or dual coil..with airhole completely centered it is HUGE..don't think you would want to drill it any larger..and this will make emus happy, 1 o-ring for entire atomizer.

Only things with the omega are the holes are drilled in the deck..and I haven't bothered putting in a horizontal coil in it since air won't hit the center of it...but verticals and diagonals work tremendously.

Judging by what you already have in the course of 2 weeks, you might as well follow emus's advice and buy several and drill various air flow diameters. Or, if you are going to put the brakes on your vape purchases for a bit, then yeah, go for an adjustable airflow setup so you can try different draws and figure out what is the best setting for you. Helios is what comes to mind, although you may want to research others to see which ones with adjustable rings stay snug in place.

I recently tried my friends Vicious Ant Cyclone, and wow, I thought my Fatty V3 had intense flavors, this one really hits the spot. Only downside is that the cyclone is tiny, but on a Provari mini, doesn't look too bad. On a regular mech, may look a little strange since the diameter is similar to an MT3. Oh, and yes, the airflow is adjustable to various settings. (can do dual too)

That's a fine looking topper. Wish I could justify buying just one more:)

I'm really on the fence with the VA Cyclone, I know it tastes great, easy to use and set, but I don't have any devices, or any I plan to get soon that it would look good on. :(

I like small toppers on mechs. I like the look, like the thumb rest and like light weight.

When I use a 22mm top on 22mm polished mech it sometimes slips out of my grasp.

Just wanted to thank everyone for the feedback. I've been playing with my igo-w a bit more the past few days and seem to be developing a new found love, although I need to get some 6mg juice (I usually vape 12) because the dual micro coil / cotton build I did for it is kicking my ....! I do wish I hadn't enlarged both of the airholes, but maybe I'll get another and leave it alone :) Thanks again!

The big air holes are good when in the mood for direct lung pulls.
You can buy spare IGO-W caps cheap as $3 or spare genuine IGO-W for $10.
