Could be several factors, one side is packed tighter than the other, ie left side of the coil is tighter than the right side so wicks slower than the right side. If it is coil dependent, one coil is not equal to the other and it is firing hotter than the other, or one coil is packed tighter than the other.

I wicked it again and got each of the four corners exactly the same, I even left some space so I could fill up the four wells.

But one of the four corners will dry up before all the others which means I have to redrip a lot more than I need to...

The coils are both exactly the same and I am firing at 50W on a 0.15OHM coil build.

What am I doing wrong here, surely they should all dry up at the same time?!?

Could be a hot spot on one of the coils. Try taking out the wick and and giving the coils a pulse to see if you can see any. If there is one try giving the coil a gentle strum with a mini screwdriver or some tweezers to see if that fixes it. If not give it a few sqeezes with the tweezers while the coil is glowing and strum it again untill the coil is glowing evenly from the inside out.

Note: Don't do this while firing the coil or it will short. Only do it after you have fired it and it's still glowing.

are all of the coil leads tightened down pretty snugly? are the terminals clean? with resistances that low, little things can make a big difference; ie, two 0.3 ohm coils will have the same final resistance as one 0.2 ohm coil and one 0.4 ohm coil, but in the second example the 0.2 ohm coil will be doing twice as much work as the 0.4 ohm coil.

Try out the Scottish Roll wicking method. I started using it a few weeks back and have been blown away by how well it works. I juice up and get a solid 15 hits before having to re-drip. You can see the cotton getting whiter and whiter towards the bottom but the inside of the wick still has tons of juice left in it so you don't get a dry hit you just lose flavor.
