So I just got me a rdta 5s and even though I should be happy with it.... I am finding myself dealing more with...

1- Spitback. Endless. It's so frustrating.
If I were to flip the tank upside down for 3 seconds or so for the wicks to get juice, when i come to vape I get spitback. Sometimes to the point where I actually wipe juice from my lips.

2- with the coil in the pictures, if I were to open the bottom airflow the tank literally sounds like a jet engine. It's hideously loud.

What can I do to get around these issues?

The coils I am using in the pics are 0.16 and I am vaping between 75 to 90. I can't really find a sweet spot to be constant on.

On a side note, as shown in the pics I started to use the Griffin drip tip. The 5s one was extremely bad.

Please help!!!

I have the 5s....I'm not getting any spitback, but I'm running a different type of coil on mine. I like to go with simple kanthal clapton wire on my atties these days for various reasons. Looks like I have 5 wraps on a 3mm diam rod on this, dual coil. This is a fairly thin clapton wire, really easy to use and find, I get mine from KBEE Vapes. Its the 26/32 size. I like this size clapton wire, if I want to make the diameter smaller, say 2.5mm...its really easy to work with. I have aromamizers, and their build space is pretty small, and I have 2.5mm clapton wires (4 wraps) in them, works perfectly and really kicks .... for flavor and great cloud.
So, if you're willing to try a different wire and wrap it yourself, give the Kanthal wire a try. Myself, after using alot of SS wire, I eventually went back to kanthal and am happier with it, it's consistent generally and the resistance doesn't change as much as SS with heat. Maybe you would find that the smaller diameter kanthal wire doesn't spit like a dragon....who knows?
(Sorry, did not notice you were in Bagdad at first, I'm in the states. But hopefully you could find a source for it in your area, if you were interested)
