Re-Filling Kayfun lite Plus

Another quick question guys/ladies,

I finally figured out how to properly build KFL+ where I don't need tons of primer puffs not to get dry hit every so many drags. Now I stumbled up on another issue that I can't figure out. So here goes, once I need to re-fill the tank I unscrew bottom screw and re-fill it I have to go back to my old ways of primer puffs. Only solution I found is to dis-assemble everything, re-wick it and it will work like new again. What am I doing wrong?

Any suggestion is welcome

I believe its a pressure issue. If fill mine full, I'll have to do a few primers. After it gets down to 2/3 tank it feeds itself pretty good, no primers.

What wicking material are you using? sound like your cotton is too tight if that what your using?

could be that I overfill on 2nd fill, I'm using cotton and no it shouldn't be too much of it I finally found spot on amount. I will try to fill less on next re-fill. Thanks guys
