Since we are all fans of recycling (Right?) I wanted to share with everyone something I discovered about a certaint type of disposable E-cig.

Please forgive me if this is a big DUH for everyone else.

So, when my $80.00 e-cig atomizer broke on me, I went and grabbed a disposable e-cig from my local 7-11. When I looked at it, it was a 2 piece one, that could be taken apart. SO, when I used it up, (It wore out REALLY early, I think it was on the shelf for awhile) I took it apart, and charged the batt. It worked! And it lasted for a LONG time too! What's even better? The Cartomizer is refillable too! All one needs is a charger compatible with the batteries. This is funny to me, because I have tried another, cheaper disposable, and its just one long tube. Anyways, I'm new to e-smoking, and I thought t his would be a good 1st post.

Conclusively, I am able to get a spare battery and cartomizer for $15 bucks! thats cheap as hell!

This forum is awesome, I got a lot of info here the past few days.

@ Col. Gaunt: Ya, the one I got from a gas station is a disposable, what I was saying is that the cartomizer from the ispoasble, as well as the battery, are compatible with my More expensive Elektro AND Njoy NPRO. I just posted the info, because people that buy this particular e-cig are wasting an excellent cartomizer, and avg. battery when they throw it away. Thanks for the welcome, btw, I bought Johnson Creek smoke juice, and it's da bomb. I'm sure others out there are good too, in fact does anyone have a particular smoke juice they recommend?

Don't get me wrong, I and everyone here appreciate the information. I just feel bad for the people that buy such things because they do not know better and it turns them off to the whole vaping experience.
I only know fruit flavors, I am not into tobacco flavors.

@ Dirtyjake: I bought the disposable from a 7-11 in the Chicago area... it has an SGS logo on back, but no other manufacturer ID.

I have learned a lot since I originally made this thread, and the disposable I am referencing closely resembles a KR808-D (it charges on my elektro charger, and on the back it says model # 808D/D-1) It funny, its a disposable, but it unscrews as if you are SUPPOSED to maintain it ;) anyway, combining the disposable batts/carts with my single batt elektro allowed me to hold out until I got more juice and carts for my original model... btw I have another post regarding an adaptor so I can use the parts interchageably... anybody know anything about that?

@Col. Gaunt and laborer75: I am also obsessed, in fact when I bought my first e-cig almost a week ago now, it got all messed up the first day, and I was obsessing over a way to get a new atomizer, or a whole new e-cig altogether... in a week I have dropped over $200 getting started! So, I now have an NJOY NPRO which can either be a 3 piece, or a 2 piece; and I also have an Elektro 2 piece (the one I frantically bought when my first one broke, quite hilarious what one will do for a fix, be it nicotine, or worse.

Eh, after reading my post, I am kinda going off in tangents at multiple people... I am new to posting in forums, I have always been a lurker until now :)

Awesome. Ya, I had my sister go grab an e-cig, and she got one for her husband too, I really hope they stick to it. Today, I was able to resist my morning analog... the past few days I insited on having a real cig in the morning for some reason... probablly just related to addictive behaviors and not a physical desire for nicotine. Hey, 1st day analog free so far!
