My last review of this e-liquid was not a raving review. As a matter of fact, it was a negative review.
Well P&S is coming to age and I am rather impressed. Who would have thunk. Upon arrival the flavor was
bland and soury. Sort of like a wet sock. And not a clean sock at that.
After, now hold on, two and a half months steeping. That's right, two and a half months, it is finally showing up.
And it is showing up exactly as described on the website.
From their website: "This sauce is extracted from premium, hand-rolled, honey flavored cigars made in the Dominican Republic with Cuban seed, Dominican long fillers, and Indonesian grown wrappers."
On a clean pallet and with a 5 ohm coil with cotton on an IGO W it is quite tasty. I have some other NET's coming in or steeping from other vendors so my experience with NET's is limited. But I would say this is the first e-liquid that tastes really like real tobacco. Now Ahlusions is very good and I've tried 3 of them including Devil Dog but this one tastes more authentic...to me.
This is not to discredit Ahlusion they are very good and I am sure many will prefer Ahlusion's line.
There is still a little sour to the mix but the sourness is very palatable and not off putting as it was some time ago. Tobacco is predominate with honey throughout with very faint notes of creaminess. Very cigarish for a vape. I feel like the essence of the cigar was captured.
It's expensive. You're looking at $29 and $5 shipping.
1-10 scale.
Flavor 8.0 My opinion is that this one will keep evolving.
Vape 8.0 Very nice vape cloud. Won't disappoint.
TH 7.0 Solid at the 8mg version. 18 would probably be very good.
Overall 8.0
Final thoughts:
I am impressed and would be even happier if I hadn't spilled a third of it when I first got it. I am leaving some room in my review for other NET's I have coming or steeping which may be better. I don't think this is overall better than Ahlusion which is the only other NET types I have tried, but it seems more authentic to me and I lean more towards cigar than pipe type tobaccos which Ahlusion is. Remember, this NET is a simple one compared to others which combine several tobaccos into one. Whether one wants to spend this type of money is up to them but as far as authentic taste, this NET is very good.
Happy vaping.
