Will a charger that says it is for charging Li-ion batteries charge IMS batteries? Here is the item description...

XTAR MP1 intelligent battery charger with AC and car adapter. This charger will charge 10440, 14500, 14650, 15720, 16340, 17670, 18350, 18650, and 18700 series 3.7 V Lithium-ion batteries. The charger can be used with your computer USB port, plugged in the wall with the AC adapter, or plugged into your car charge port. The MP1S has a three-phase charging system which monitors the battery's status real time and controls charging safely. The LED light is red when charging and green when it's finished. Upon termination the charging current drops to 4µA. The MP1 charger has reverse polarity protection. This charger only charges 3.7 V Li-ion batteries.

The red text (I changed the color, not the vendor) is what has me worried. I am about to buy my first mod and want to make sure that I get the correct charger for both 18650 and 18630 batteries. Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

I use mechanical mods almost exclusively now and I use a variety of batteries with them meaning imr,ICR,protected, unprotected,I have never stacked batteries yet so I can't comment on that. I can however say I usually recharge or switch out my battery when it reaches about 3.5v that's when I notice a performance drop off with my rba setup. I measured every time and on occasion still do and my batteries seem to be performing at their optimum capacity now. Meaning charging time and length of discharge time while in use. I read a post on a site about 18650 flashlights and batteries a manufacturer of batts actually posted that there is no real difference in protected and unprotected except price. He went on to show actual readings and stats to backup his statements. He also said the safer chemistry ones were just barely safer and that proper use and respect for them was the best protection out there. He also warned of getting reclaimed batteries that are out there being passed off as genuine this brand or that brand. You can learn a lot about our batts on these flashlight forums. These guys do some serious testing and comparisons as well ad finding awesome buys too.

18350 batteries are smaller and generally have a lower mah rating than their 18500 or 18650 counterparts. If you are not chain vapping you might be able to squeak out possibly 5 hours from one a good one what is the mah rating on yours? That might help us give you a rough estimate on battery life. Drippers are atomizers without a filler like cartomizers have. Some are rebuildables meaning you can make your own wick and coils as replacements when needed or just because. Others are disposable but generally last about anywhere from two weeks to a month occasionally longer with some better built ones. If you search the threads for Drippers you'll find tons of good info. Hope this helps some

Ok, this might be a stupid question, and I'm somewhat sure the answer is no, don't do that, but I thought I'd ask anyway. Is it safe to store two 18350 batteries stacked in a battery case? Obviously you want to avoid any potential for shorting the batteries out, but in a case even if they're stacked there should be any way for the circuit to be completed right?
