Following TinEar's SideWinder, and very similar to the forthcoming Janty Cameo, this would make the ideal starting point:
Small and very cheap. Has the opening mechanism ready to go
And a sleek-looking manual button.
Perhaps just clip of that key-ring bit
At the moment, the main body holds a gas-lighter, and the side arm an LED torch, I would guess powered by button cells.
Might be able to fit (hot glue?) a switch in such a way that it would be operated by the lighter lever. Perhaps as the main on / off. Or arrange a switch such that opening the arm switches the power on ready.
Only $2.90 from: http://www.bestofferbuy.com/2in1-lighter-with-flashlight-p-14104.html
