Cris, you are doing wonderful!!! I'm so proud of you, youre doing a great job, seriously. I cant face another fail, either, but I'm focusing on just switching over currently. I have danger times, like the analog before bed, or after eating. I find as long as I keep the analogs out of sight, and the PV close at hand, I do all right. I didnt order enough supplies, so I'm being gentle on myself ,and am just trying to get from day to day without buying another pack of analogs. V4L shipped my order withing hours of my placing it, arent they great? So I'm just focusing on my old habits as they rear their ugly heads, and not getting super down on myself if I have to have an analog. I find so far, I've not had very many "have to have"s , maybe 2? So not so bad, I guess.
I got very lucky in that I chose V4L as my first vendor. We've had some little things go wonky, but they've been great, and I intend to be a steady customer. This forum is literally a life saver--from the research at your figertips to the great vets who will answer any question at any time. I'm a convert, no doubt about it, LOL! Have you had any funny comments from people yet? I swear, everytime someone sees me, I end up with a crowd of people around asking questions. I even had one rather snippy comment thrown in my direction as I was waiting in line to pick up breakfast for my husband, and snuck a vape (I hate crowds)
and she said something like "I cant believe some people, this is where we eat, we dont want stinky smoke all around us!" I very politely showed her what it was, and explained that I was inhaling cinnamon water vapor, not smoking--and she apologized and asked lots of questions about it, and even wrote down the addy for this forum for a smoker she knows. People will forgive anything you do if youre trying to quit smoking, it seems.
