I'm starting to run low on juice and am ready to place my first DIY order. Just wanting to check and make sure I'm not messing anything up. I'm using ecigexpress as the vendor.

215ml 36mg 50/50 nic base
1 Liter 50/50 PG/VG base
60ml of FW Jungle juice for me (my daily vape is Thug juice)
60ml of FW Creme de Menthe for my wife, her daily vape.
An assortment of syringes. I have plenty of latex gloves and will use my ballistic glasses for goggles.
Anything else I need? One concern I have is storing the nic. I know you it's supposed to be frozen but do you break it down or just thaw the whole lot eveytime? It'll last me quite a while but figure I may as well hit the free shipping total. I'll look into getting PG/VG locally and start ordering larger quantities of flavoring straight from the OEM down the road, just want to get started. Thoughts? What sizes syringes do I need? I have a variety of 15/30/50/256 bottles from my older juices I can recycle. Would like to get this order in tonight. Thanks guys/gals.

Since you're only working with two flavors, pg/vg mixed, and nic, you'll only need a few syringes (though you can never have too many). Get 5 - 1 ml (for flavors) and 5 - 10 ml (pg/vg/nic). For needles, get the largest gauge possible, a 14 or 16 gauge.

Your list looks good. Some people love to mix/measure in beakers and flasks, but mixing straight into the bottle is easy, imo. If you're making larger quantities, then a beaker might help.

You may want to get a funnel. It does make it easier if your syringe misses a bit.

For storage, you don't need to dilute it. As long as you're storing it in glass, 36 mg is a very manageable %.

I use amber glass bottles and divide into 60ml bottles filled to the brim and kept in the freezer until I need another 60ml out. The nic won't "freeze". It will remain liquid. You want the least amount of air left in the bottle as possible.
You'll want an assortment of syringe sizes, 3,5,10,30ml. I also recommend, if you plan on not buying premixed juice, maybe getting some sample size of other flavorings. Btw, Imo, FW is the least concentrated flavoring I have used. Idk what vendor you use but I HIGHLY recommend bullcityvapor.com. Drew over there is a great guy hell hook you up with what you'll need. He has quality product. Carries FW, TFA/TPA, Cap, Inawera, and just got FA last night. Has 6, 15, 30ml sizes for the first three and 10ml sizes for the last two. Prices are FANTASTIC! Best of luck!

Make sure to download this calculator eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator Makes mixing super simple. Since you said you have some 256 bottles you can do what I do.

I make my own nic base from 36 mg nic and break it down to 3 mg in a 250 ml bottle. That way when I go to mixing all I have to do is add flavoring to my bottle and fill the rest of it up with my base. You can enter all the numbers in the calculator and it will tell you exactly how much you need.

I have never put my nic in the freezer...I keep it under the sink in my bathroom. Been there almost 6 months and so far I can't tell a difference. But maybe cause Im using such a low mg. I really don't have the freezer space to store nic anyway.

I use a Mac so the app won't work. Was planning on using this one. Has the two flavors I am going to initially use and pretty much everything else it seems.

Checked out bull city and looks like I'll use them. Prices are really good, even cheaper than the other site. Everything isn't an exact match and I'll be mixing my own PG/VG but not a big deal. Does it matter whether you use PG or VG based nic? In the end it's going to be a 50/50 juice.

Vg nic will oxidize faster than pg. So if you're storing it I'd say go pg. Remember your flavors most of the time are pg based so that adds to total amount of pg.

PG it is then. I'll be using 48mg from bull city instead of the 36mg. Otherwise pretty much the same. I've got the freezer space. So I can just pull it from the freezer and use it?

I'd break down into smaller glass bottles like I said and yes it wouldn't hurt to bring it up to room temperature though. Just pull out a smaller bottle at a time no need to stick it in freezer if you'll use it in a month or so.
