Some days it works well some days it annoys the crap out of me. I clean it all the time yet it is very inconsistent with the mount of smoke and flavor. Can any recommend me an ultra awesome e-cig? Preferably with one that comes with atomizers that don't taste like .... in beginning and has a long batt life? I've been off of cigs for over 7 months using the 510 and I need something with better quality.

If e-cigs dont work for me i'm resorting back to cigs or nicotine patch/gum/inhalers. Thanks in advance

Do you get problems with the atomizer? Like mine dies out quick and becomes weak. like ill get 1 fat satisfying rip and in a few mins it will turn into a piece of crap.

Suggestions welcome! I'm thinking about gettin teh screw driver, but that's the same thing as the joye 510. just longer batt life.

I HATE THE 510 ATOMIZERS! :[

Please no promoters. Just real legit feedback.

Go direct to the supplier's website. He's got the improved Screwdriver MKI with 901 (mini) and 801 (classic/pen) fittings. I love the SD with classic atties - more flavor and bigger cartridges.

I hope u don't think I am promoting, u can get the kr808 from other vendors and my first kit I did-
but I was not happy with it, but it had automatic batteries and maybe that was why I didn't like it-too airy a draw and one of the batteries died not long after I had it.
anyways-even with the kr808 set up, u might get some cartomizers that don't perform as well as others.
I also like the 801, but u r still gonna get primer taste in the beginning.

Im gonna agree with the others on a kr808. Either from Vapornine or V4l, the new Vapornine cartomizers are being raved about, and I love them. Just got 50 cartomizers in.

The great thing about cartomizers is the no fuss, consistancy. It takes me maybe 15 seconds to fill a carto, the ones from v9 hold around 1.3 - 1.5 ml. Which means one carto can usually last me a full day. Ive been using the same carto for a few weeks now, and had no problem I just clean it out occasionally. But the best part is, if I DO do something stupid and put the wrong flavor in, and mixed them up and cant get it out, or over vape it and burn the filler inside, the atomizer is built into the cartridge. New cartomizers average around 2 dollars as opposed to 7 - 10 for regular atomizers. If you order in bulk from china they can be as cheap as 1 dollar a piece.

So in conclusion, kr808 is no fuss, consistant, great taste, the V9 cartos have amazing vapor(check my vid) and throat hit for days!

there is currently not one commonly availlable solution that fits everybody.

sorry to say that, but every e-cig solution has its flaws. personally i still like the 510 and 801 most.
and i stay away from the KR8 cartomizer, because i don't like the burning filler.
the last 20 cartos will meet the trashbin soon. i have still a few 901 atomizers to use on the KR8 batteries until they die out, or one of the manufacturers gets awake and produces better cartos for it.

Hey jg - I thought the v9 cartos had the hard glued cap? Are you boiling them off or was the "glued on" changed?

yanks yes they do have the glued on caps, some I boil off, some I dont bother with. I kinda keep whatever im using about half and half.. so if ive got 4 cartos in rotation, 2 will leave the cap as is, the other 2 I boil the cap off and replace it with either a modified condom mouthpiece, or a 901 mouthpiece.

Precisely. It's all a matter of personal preference and vaping habits. What's perfect for one person is absolutely unsatisfactory for another.

Going to a (big) vapers' meet-up where you can try various e-cigs and mods before buying is probably best.

I completely agree with this. The 510 is still a great ecig, but there are other 3 pieces you can consider, such as the 901 and 801.

I used the kr808 for almost a year, but there are too many problems with burning carts, which can happen without you knowing. Not a good thing.

Another alternative is the eGo. Heard great stuff about it. Batteries last about 8 hours!!!!!
