RDA Ready to start dripping? Advice? Suggestions?

Title says it all, but let's dig a little deeper.

I'm currently an RTA guy using a Kayfun clone and a Subtank Mini. Either of which sits on my sigelei Mini. I'm more than comfortable with my builds and wicking. I use 26g kanthal with 8 to 14 wraps (depending on my mood and which tank) around an 1/8" bit. This yields 0.8 to 1.2 builds. For my wick, I use Cotton Bacon very sparingly. I get few dry hits, but I associate that to chain vaping. If I slow it down, all is good.

Dripping appeals to me for flavor. Clouds can be fun, but are not necessary. Is the flavor that much more intense? If so, what's a good RDA out there? From what I can tell, they're all very similar...some posts, a well, some airflow, etc. Would I need a new mod? If so, what would you fine folks recommend? I'd prefer to stay away from mech mods.

For a first dripper, I'd recommend something like a freakshow or the new mutation x v4. Both are relatively cheap, especially for authentics, decent flavor, great for clouds. The main strong points for them are ease of building, though. They're tough drippers to get wrong. I would recommend an inexpensive mechanical to put them on, however, and get more comfortable with building in the .25 - .4 range to generate decent power at the coil. A VV/VW device will accomodate an RDA, no problem, but as I've learned, nothing beats a vape straight off a battery like a mech can deliver. Obviously, YMMV, but that's my take on the matter.

No don't do it. No dripping for you ,you might drip and drive or blow big tasty clouds. In so doing this may offend none vapers and make it so none of us will be able to choose vaping over smoking. Get a provari stick with the kayfun don't go below 1.5 ohms hide when you vape.

I use a troll rda by motofo its a great rda fo the price and its authentic. Currently im running mine at .3 ohms on a pioneer4u ipv mini 2 also a great price for 70 watts. I mean imho where I live I really dont have to worry about making ppl mad with my clouds. At .3ohms my clouds arent huge but decent due to the fact i vape max vg. I tend to stay away from anyting 1.5 ohms or better bc its just not enough vapor for me. But to each there own.

Use organic cotton, it comes in sheets not the cotton balls. They cost a little more but when you break it down its still cheap. The cotton lasts longer, tastes better and dry hits aren't nearly as bad. Plus no risk of chemicals. my go to build, because it's easy is 22g kanthal around a 2mm drill bit or screw driver. 5 wraps. Heat the coil, pinch it until it glows from the inside out evenly, wick and then chuck

Yeah i agree i use cotton balls because i cant stand to order on the internet im the type of person thats very impatient lol. But my go to is a dual coil .3ohm build 8 wraps around around a 1/3 drill bit.
